As a solidarity network we exchange and organize to overcome common challenges experienced by community food gardens. We completed a cycle of Participatory Action Research to identify and share the challenges of 16 gardens and also the successes that can support other gardens. We made a Common Challenge Report to raise awareness and invite collaboration on the 10 most common challenges.

Common Challenges

We are grateful for the support of the Commons Network and the Cities for Change program to visibilize four of our greatest challenges. Much thanks to Arnold, Fiona, Menno and Tanya to be in front of the camera and share the challenges from the experience of their community gardens.
